​Decorate Victoria is a premier, full-service wedding and event design, decor and planning company based in Victoria, British Columbia. We specialize in all stages of wedding and event design, decorating and coordination. Decorate Victoria's services are customized to each client's unique ideas and expectations. We start with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you and talk about your vision and needs in detail, as well as create a detailed, realistic budget and efficient, productive event planning schedule.
We have access to our own extensive decor inventory and also work with other Victoria and Lower Mainland suppliers to access theme decor items that we may not have on hand.

You and your very capable team exceeded every expectation from the initial planning meeting, to the end of dinner on Saturday night. Your talent for taking a space and making the most of it was clearly evident to everyone. You listened to our general thoughts about what we wanted to do over our long weekend; and then with great creativity you designed detailed plans to make these concepts a reality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the planning, from designing the decor, to creating a seating plan, and making sure the receptions, dinners and ceremony worked in a seamless fashion, was impressive.
We particularly appreciated the calm, reassuring way that you and your team handled the last minute unexpected wrinkles that occurred. When we had seven unexpected guests show up shortly before dinner, you and your team did everything neccessary to accommodate this last minute change with speed, confidence and grace. That is just one example of the strong support that you offered which made the entire long-weekend easy and stress free for us. We also appreciated how you and your staff helped manage the events - ensuring that the guests were at the designated location in a timely manner.
Our guests have all commented on the elegant decor that you provided for dinner Friday evening; the ceremony and reception; and for dinner Saturday. This truly showcased the talent that you have for design and implementation of the design. Your assistance in locating and selecting vendors was also very helpful.
